When you schedule your first pickup, we'll note all your laundry preferences. Your service will be customized to your specifications each time. Below are answers to common questions.

Stain Treatment

We achieve 80-90% success in stain removal. For best results, please place stained items in a separate plastic bag on top of your regular laundry so we can provide specialized treatment.

Laundry Products

We provide all necessary laundry supplies at no additional cost. You're welcome to provide your preferred products if desired.

Garment Finishing Options

We offer both folding and hanging services based on your preference:

• Professional folding included standard
• Hanging service available upon request
• Hangers available at $0.10 each if needed

Preparation Instructions

No sorting required—we handle everything. If you prefer to pre-sort your items, simply inform us when scheduling. Your laundry will always be processed according to your specifications.

Pickup Protocol

We provide contactless curbside pickup for safety and convenience:

• No need to be present during pickup
• Place laundry bags by your front door or in a visible, secure location
• Custom pickup locations available upon request
• Drop-off and pickup options also available if preferred

Delicate Items

We handle intimate apparel with care. Please place all intimates and small garments in mesh delicates bags for protection.

Special Drying Requests

Hang-dry service available upon request for appropriate garments.

Acceptable Items

We process all washer and dryer-friendly items including:

• Everything washer and dryer friendly:
• Uniforms and workwear
• Household linens (tablecloths, curtains, towels)
• Bedding (sheets, blankets, comforters)
• Pet laundry

All items are processed at the standard rate—if we can weigh it, we can wash it!

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all garments are washer and dryer-friendly, as we do not check individual care labels. We also request that all pockets be emptied before submission.

Exclusions: Items containing fur (fur is damaged in dryer).
