HOW DOES IT WORK

When you schedule your first pick up, we'll ask for all your laundry requests and it'll be done to your preference, but will answer some general common questions below.

BENEFITS OF USING OUR SERVICE

• If you wash at home it can help lower your electric bill. You will be saving 5 loads off your regular home washing machine in just one large laundry bag of 35 pounds if we do it for you (Since a home washing machine only holds 8 pounds of clothes or less).

STAINS

We have 80 to 90% success in getting stains out, we just ask customers to put their stained clothes in a plastic bag on top of their clothes so we know to treat them.

DETERGENT

For your convenience, we provide all your laundry supplies or you can provide your own if that is what the customer prefers.

FOLD OR HANG

We do both it will be your choice, hanging upon request and providing hangers to save, .10 cents a hanger if we provide.

HOW TO PREPARE LAUNDRY BAGS

We do everything for you, there's no need for you to sort your laundry bags. If you prefer to do this yourself just let us know your laundry bag is already sorted. Your laundry will always be done to your preference and requests.

IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT HOME

We only do curbside pick up for safety purposes regardless if customer is home or not, so you do not need to be present at the time of pick up, just leave your laundry bags in your front door or anywhere safe where we are able to see it. We will always accommodate to your needs and pick up anywhere else of your preference, and even though we are a mobile service we will provide the option to arrange for you to drop off and pick up if you prefer.

INTIMATES

Yes, we just ask intimates to be in a delicates bag, and any small intimate size garment needs to be in a delicates bag.

HANG DRY

Yes, we can hang the clothes on hangers upon request.

WHAT WILL WE WASH

Everything washer and dryer friendly including; uniforms, tablecloths, curtains, towels, blankets, bedsheets, comforters, pet laundry, etc. at no extra cost, if we can weigh it we can wash it! By obtaining our service you are accepting and agreeing that It is the customer's responsibility to make sure all garments provided in the laundry bag are washer and dryer friendly since we do not check labels, it is time-consuming making it impossible for us to check every label, and for safety reasons we do not dig in pockets we also kindly ask to check all your pockets before putting your clothes in the laundry bags. What we don't wash: Items with Fur (fur gets damaged in dryer.)
